Support available
If you are based in the North, they can offer you:
- Up to £300k in blended finance for property deals
- Up to £150k in blended finance to grow businesses or support new ideas
The Key Fund will:
- Support you with your application
- Provide flexible loan packages
- Provide flexible grants and loans packages
- Provide dedicated support and aftercare.
Are you eligible?
- You are, or intent to, form a legal company
- You have a direct social mission at the heart of your enterprise
- You have been turned down by other lenders
- You are based in the North.
