Working alongside the region’s seven local authorities, their aim is to support new inward investment and promote the region as prime location for businesses to locate, grow and prosper.

They provide a free package of support as well as a land and property database to help businesses, consultants and potential investors chose the right location in North East England.

A highly experienced team is available to support companies looking to locate and invest in our region. The team connects businesses to the region’s network of specialist organisations and individuals, and provides the information, support and advice essential for businesses looking to locate in North East England.

They co-ordinate investment enquiries on behalf of our region’s local authorities to ensure businesses are able to make the best decisions based on a wide array of information.

The team has access to the UK Government, support agencies, sector specialists, universities, colleges, knowledge networks, finance streams and business organisations, helping your transition and move to North East England run smoothly.
