How does it work and where does the data come from?
The platform harnesses the power of machine learning to provide up-to-date information on UK manufacturers. We combine publicly accessible data with web scraping to create the single most data-rich source of UK's manufacturers and suppliers. They also allow companies to claim their company profile to update and enrich the content.
They keep the Companies House as our reference and we join information coming from companies' websites, CreditSafe, and Dealroom. Additionally, they take measures to prevent URL mismatch errors.
They are confident that the majority of our data is accurate but please let them know if you find any errors and they can correct them.
