There has never been a better time to employ an apprentice.

These statistics were obtained from a national Gov.uk apprenticeship survey aimed at employers across a number of industries. While increased productivity and improved quality of service were clear benefits of hiring an apprentice, employers also reported reduced staff turnover and recruitment costs as advantages of having an apprentice join their workforce. Fresh ideas and and enthusiasm from apprentices meant that current employee satisifaction also increased alongside the employer's ability to meet business demands.  If you want to feel the benefits of hiring an apprentice in your business and embrace the chance to mould raw talent, find out how you can receive funding and support now.
