Recruitment and Selection can be challenging – this workshop helps delegates to develop a professional and practical approach to finding and keeping employees with the best fit, technically and personally for the business, whilst ensuring the needs of diversity and good practices are sustained.
Agenda to be announced soon
By the end of the session, delegates will:
explain the stages of the recruitment and selection process
describe the HR implications of recruitment and selection
