June 17th - 17th @ 9:30 am - 3:30 pm, Sunderland, Free

Being equipped with knowledge, skills & behaviours to manage & lead effectively is essential if an organisation is to succeed. This workshop has been designed for learners who want to develop or sharpen their professional edge and enhance personal effectiveness. The unit focuses on the ways organisations operate. The application of management and leadership approaches ad how these can positively impact on own role, lead to improved performance, and support teams, colleagues and customers.

By the end of the session, delegates will:

• reviewed their organisation’s Vision, Mission and Strategy and determined if the current culture supports these;

• identified the differences between management and leadership;

• determined their own management style and the impact of this on their team.

Please note: The places at this event are fully funded from ERDF and LGF sources and as such we are required to capture reporting data for our funders on the recipients attending to demonstrate the support and this is reflected in the questions to complete as part of the registration process.
