The legislation on gender pay reporting took effect in April 2017. It requires organisations with over 250 employees to measure and report on their gender pay gap and applies to public and private businesses, and voluntary sector organisations.
Organisations employing more than 250 employees may need to review their current pay systems, other people policies and reporting processes to make sure they can best comply with the legislation.
This training session will provide delegates with valuable insights into gender pay reporting, the requirements under the Regulations and outlines how organisations can start addressing this requirement.
