The Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship (CMDA) framework has been developed in collaboration with representatives from employers, the Association of Business Schools (ABS) and the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). Newcastle Business School’s Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship (CMDA) builds upon our significant experience and reputation in delivering high-quality, work-based leadership and management programmes in partnership with organisations across all sectors, here in the UK and internationally.
We have listened to our students, graduates and employer partners to design an innovative programme which will:
- Recruit from a diverse pool of high-quality students
- Develop their personal and professional management and leadership competencies, commercial acumen and digital literacy
- Build future capability at all levels in your organisation
- Drive innovation through the application of cutting-edge business knowledge to create performance improvements in your business.
In partnership with Northumbria University, your organisation will support the learner at work to achieve the CMDA. The candidates will work full-time in your workplace, while studying towards a BA (Hons) Business Leadership and Management Practice.
This innovative degree programme meets the current and future needs of students and employers and will ensure that the student develops the business, management and leadership knowledge, professional skills and personal behaviours required to become a fully qualified Chartered Manager.
